个人简介：

秦晓卫，博士，副教授，无线网络通信省重点实验室应用数据研究中心主任，安徽省省级领军人才，曾获教育部科技进步一等奖、安徽省自然科学二等奖。主要研究方向包括移动通信网大数据、智能服务与情景智能、终端低能耗等。先后承担973、863、科技重大专项、国际合作课题、自然科学基金等10余项国家级课题，与华为等保持长期广泛的产学合作，近年来共同开展了10余项校企合作课题，合作成果获得了良好的落地实施，2020年获华为优秀技术成果奖。已发表SCI/EI论文70余篇、授权专利10余项。
