李卫海 男，生于1975年8月，辽宁大连人。现为中国科学技术大学信息安全专业副教授。 主要研究方向包括多媒体内容安全、遥感信息处理等。主持国家自然科学基金、国家863等项目多项。

　　主要经历：

　　1994年9月—1998年7月：中国科学技术大学，获电子工程专业学士学位。

　　1998年9月—2003年7月：中国科学技术大学，获应用电磁场专业博士学位。

　　2003年9月—2006年8月：中国科学技术大学，博士后，从事媒体内容安全研究。

　　2006年9月至今，中国科学技术大学，信息安全专业任教。

　　2010年4月—2011年4月：美国哥伦比亚大学，访问学者。
