  朱祖勍,男,生于1979年2月,安徽省蚌埠市人。2007年获美国加州大学戴维斯分校(University of California, Davis)电子与计算机工程专业博士学位,现任中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系教授、博士生导师。主要研究方向为下一代网络体系架构、云计算和光通信网络以及多媒体网络等。已发表或被录用SCI和/或EI检索论文140余篇,其中IEEE期刊和汇刊论文28篇;IEEE快报论文19篇;IEEE杂志论文4篇;本领域顶级国际会议IEEE INFOCOM论文1篇。曾获IEEE Communications Society旗舰学术会议ICC 2013,GLOBECOM 2013,ICNC 2014和ICC 2015的最佳论文奖。所有论文的SCI他引为252次,Google学术引用2000余次,H-index为15。入选中科院“卓越青年科学家计划”,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”。是IEEE Senior Member和OSA Senior Member。
